The Windows Collective have installed their film loopers in city parks, café windows, and parking lots, heritage buildings, under bridges and in homes throughout the city of Ottawa.
During the collectives 2015 across Canada tour they had their installations set up in store windows along North Bay's Main Street. In Thunder Bay they projected onto the outside walls of the infamous Hoito Restaurant and in Kenora they set up their loopers inside Cabin Jacks Bar and Grill. The rest of the tour saw the collectives loopers under the Cambie Bridge in Vancouver, the Flux Media Art Gallery in Victoria and outside a public library in Calgary.
The collective is always looking for new and unique spaces to present their films and loopers at and are open to traveling outside the city of Ottawa. If you have an upcoming art event and you are interested in seeing some of the collectives work please contact the.m for more information.
